The Client
Greenfield Work and Flow is an ambitious hospitality group with multiple F&B brands under one roof — spanning coffee shops and fast food vegan restaurants — alongside an in-house manufacturing operation supplying their own outlets. A business with a unique vision and the complexity to match.
The Challenge
GWF was running an entire multi-brand operation on spreadsheets, apps, web platforms, receipts, and manual payroll. No software. No visibility. No control.
The reality? Fragmented departments, miscommunication, inconsistency, unchecked costs, time and energy waste, burnout and leadership making decisions partly in the dark. The business had excellent products, and customers loved them — but without operational infrastructure, scaling wasn't just a challenge. It was impossible.
The Solution
Operational transformation built to centralise business data and automate core processes. Starting with an end-to-end industry-specific Odoo ERP implementation, we digitised and integrated every core function of the business — from inventory and manufacturing to supply chain, finance, HR, and payroll.
Alongside the technology integration, we developed a suite of standardised SOPs and automated workflows (using Odoo) to eliminate manual bottlenecks and enforce consistency across all brands and locations.
To make the transformation stick, we also developed E-Learning courses and internal handbooks — giving every team member the knowledge and tools to operate at a higher standard going forward.
